The Bella Vista Group was formed in 2000 by business partners Mike Dyer, Ken Ignozzi, Doug Mann and John Smalley. We are a small ownership group that owns and operates luxury vacation rental properties in both Captiva and Sanibel Island, and a golf & beach resort penthouse suite in exotic Panama. As business partners, we enjoy luxury properties; and shrewdly invested in locations that offer exceptional amenities…along with warm weather and crystal-clear ocean water.
We originally invested in these properties as a way to enjoy a private vacation with our families and closest friends. For the past 10 years, we have created lasting memories and watched our children grow up against the backdrop of such wonderful luxury properties. We've even come to call these places our second home.
